Shipping policy

We provide FREE shipping via the TNT network to one location within Australia.

However, if shipping is split for multiple destinations for one order then a $20 additional charge (ex. GST) will be added for each extra destination. 

All orders will include a dispatch notification with a tracking link that will be sent once your order has been dispatched. 

Production & Delivery Times

Our aim is to have your artwork approved within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once that has been confirmed, the order is put into production. 

Production Time:  Production can take up to 20 business days, depending on the type of decoration required on your order.

Most orders in Australia can be fulfilled in two to three weeks.  If you have a strict deadline please contact us before placing your order.
