Is my artwork okay for printing? 

Ideally we need vector artwork files, which can be scaled or modified without losing quality, making them great for printing! 

  • Vector usually come in two formats. EPS (file ends in .eps) or Adobe Illustrator (file ends in .ai). 
  • Some PDF files will work….
  • If you are still confused, don’t worry! Just contact our team and we can work through it with you! 

Do you accept credit card? Sure do!  We can take Credit Card or Direct Debit.

Can I order less than MOQ? 

If unbranded we certainly can.  There is just a $15 handling fee.   Depending on the item this can be possible.  Our site will restrict you from placing the order, so best to contact us directly if you want to proceed. 

In some instances we can also brand less than MOQ amounts. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.  Please note there will be a $15 handling fee on all less than MOQ orders. 

What are your turnarounds?

In most cases we can have your items delivered in two to three weeks from artwork approval! However, sometimes freight can cause us some issues, so please let us know of any special deadlines you have before placing your order.

Need it faster than that? Contact us straight away, tell us your deadline and we will see what we can do!

Can I change my mind?

You can change your mind before the artwork is confirmed. However, once you have signed off on the artwork your item will go straight into production, and there won’t be a chance to make changes.

Can I get a sample?

Certainly. We can offer a blank sample. The cost will be the price of one (blank) unit plus a $15 handling.
